There are three places to practice yoga att DDY - Denver, Mount Holly and Home. Our Mount Holly location offers classes online simultaneously with in-person sessions. Practice from the comfort of your home or while traveling!

Flow & Restore
Experience the perfect balance of movement and stillness with Flow & Restore, a 75-minute class designed to leave you feeling both energized and deeply relaxed.
The first half of class features a dynamic Vinyasa flow, where you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and connect your breath to movement. Expect creative sequences that warm the body and invigorate your spirit.
In the second half, we’ll slow things down with Restorative yoga, allowing you to melt into longer-held, supported poses. This calming practice soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and helps you fully unwind.
