There are three places to practice yoga att DDY - Denver, Mount Holly and Home. Our Mount Holly location offers classes online simultaneously with in-person sessions. Practice from the comfort of your home or while traveling!

Gentle Yoga

Yin Deep Stretch

A Fresh Take on Deep Stretch

 

Yin Deep Stretch is a slow, floor-based practice featuring longer-held postures that target deep connective tissues and promote flexibility. With the support of props and mindful breathing, this class encourages release, relaxation, and nervous system reset. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, stretch deeply, and move at a slower pace.

Puppy Yoga

Puppy Yoga at Down Dog Yoga & Wellness is less about perfect poses and more about laughter, presence, connection, and the simple magic of being surrounded by puppies. Yes, there is yoga. But let’s be honest—the puppies usually steal the show, and that’s exactly the point.
